FASHION TIPS : The secrets of making ANY outfit look expensive

When it comes to prints, opt for a bold graphic design — stripes or Aztec patterns in contrasting colours will easily pass as designer.

Switch the cheap belt that comes with trousers or a dress with a quality option.

Never wear too many colours at once — instead, choose a bold statement shade like red or green and then pair with cream or grey for an elegant edge.

Simple details can instantly make an outfit look more modern. Team your sweater with an embellished shirt, letting the collar and cuffs peep out.

Items like this Breton top and leather skirt will never date.

Layering different textures will look sophisticated. There are plenty of soft layers on the High Street that will look just as luxurious as cashmere.

Health Tips : 5 simple Changes To Improve Your Health

Improving your health doesn't have to involve drastic, overnight changes. Little changes in your life can make a big difference. They can also lead to more healthy changes as you start to notice a difference in the way you feel.

Trying to make too many changes at once can sabotage your efforts and cause you to give up too quickly. Start with these simple changes and see how you feel after a couple of weeks.

1. Replace Sugary Drinks With Water -  You don't have to drink plan water anymore. If you are drinking soda for the bubbly carbonation, you can always use a Sodastream to make carbonated  water. You can add a little fruit juice to make a low calorie drink that is actually good for you.
You can also infuse plain water with strawberries, mint or cucumbers by thinly slicing the fruit or veggies and letting them sit in the water for 5 to 10 minutes.

2. Exercise During Commercial Breaks - If the last thing on your mind when you get home is working out, try to break it up. When you are watching TV, the commercial breaks are usually around 3 minutes long. Try running in place, doing some sit-up, push-ups, bicep or triceps curls. Do a different workout during each commercial break. The more you workout, the more energized you will feel.

3. Replace Butter and Mayo With Avocado Avocado is loaded with healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. Just 1/4 of an avocado has 5% of your recommend value of omega-3 and 8% of your recommend value of omega-6. Try replacing the butter on your toast or the mayo on your sandwich with healthy avocado.

4. Swap Your Usual Breakfast For a Green Smoothie - Green smoothies are great for people that have time for breakfast and for people on the go. You can make them the night before and store them in the refrigerator if you don't have time in the morning.
I lost 5 pounds just by replacing my "healthy" breakfast with a green smoothie. I have thousands of recipe ideas you can try: http://www.incrediblesmoothies.com/green-smoothie-recipes/

5. Replace Microwavable Meals With Crock Pot Meals - If you are eating a microwavable meal, it's because you don't have time to cook something. Whether it's at work or at home, time is usually an issue. Instead of zapping that unhealthy meal that is loaded with sodium and processed, unhealthy ingredients, try getting out the crock pot and slow cooking a large batch of meals to have throughout the coming week.

You can make a large batch and freeze individual portion sizes for easy, convenient meals. If you are worried about leaving the crock pot on during the day, you can cook your meals overnight or on the weekend when you are home.

You don't have to make several changes at once, but making a few changes every couple of weeks will make a big difference in the long run.

Cheers!
