TO MAINTAIN OR IMPROVE HEALTH YOU NEED TO;


1. Drink (enough) healthy water,
2. Use healthy water for showering, bathing and swimming,

3. Breath unpolluted air,

4. Breath healthy air,

5. Eat ( not too much ) healthy food,

6. Have a ( daily ) amount of ( if possible ) natural vitamins,

7. Maintain the right level of vitamine_D or best just have enough daily sun,

8. Do enough exercise ( like swimming if you have access to a healthy pool ),
Above all we need good health
