1. PRAY
If you want to loose weight, you have to change some of the habits in your life. Especially bad eating habitsπ. This is how prayer fits into weight loss. It helps us connect with God/Devine/Higher safe and others and it gives us strength when we need it. He is the only one who can transform your body from the inside out. Plan to start your day with prayer. It depends with your belief, I respect that. You can also meditate its ok. You can set at least 10 to 15 minutes per day and meditate. Just make sure you have access to quit place. It can help you develop a better understanding of yourself, including how your mind and body works. I now a days can meditate for 30 minutes.

2. EVADE NEGATIVITY
Stop negative thoughts especially doubting the journey your about to start. Always tell yourself that you can do it and you you will get the body you desire. Be grateful for the body you have and the new body your about to have. Stay away from people who are bullying your body and don’t pay attention to their negative option about your body and the program your about to start. Always believe in yourself and tell yourself good things. That way, your journey to weight loss will be very successfully πͺπ½
3. LOOK FOR SIMPLE , HEALTHY AND AFFORDABLE MEAL PLANS
It depends on which meal plans you up to. But I will advice you to Eat more meals at home. Ready made food sometimes is not healthy as the meal you prepare step by step at home. It is also good on budgeting. Remember simple meal is very healthy πͺπ½. Carry your health snack on the go. It helps a lot to have discipline.
4. HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS DURING THE PROGRAM
When on weight loss journey talk to your Doctor if using supplements will be helpful. Not all supplements help in weight loss. But this supplement will help you.
5. GET READY TO SHAKE YOUR BODY
Prepare for work out gears. Workout during weight loss program is very important. Both adults and kids should get regular physical activity. Add 30 minutes to 45 minutes to your current exercise routine per day for better results and getting fit. You can walk, use stairs instead of elevators, home activities, etc.
6. DO HEALTH CHECK UP
Health check up before weight loss journey is very important. Other people weight gain can be related to genetics. Others may have medical condition that make it hard to loose weight. Your Doctor can help get your BMI. When done with your Doctor your free to go with your program
7. HAVE FUN π€©
The best way to loose weight is to have fun and enjoy the process. Enjoy your meal plan, enjoy your work out program, enjoy your new you, etc. That’s the best secret. It has helped me in many time when I start different programs.
