Lady Gaga vomits four times during performance in Spain

The show must go on. During a concert in Barcelona, Spain, on Saturday night, Lady Gaga vomited on stage not once, twice, but at least four times mid-performance … and she just kept on singing and dancing throughout the entire puke fest. The 26-year-old singer was right in the middle of "Edge of Glory" when, with her back to the crowd, she leaned over and hurled onto the stage. In a video posted of her first stomach-churning moment, her backup dancer stopped and put his hand on her shoulder to comfort Gaga, but she went right back into the song's choreography.
Gaga, who reportedly had been battling the flu, had a good sense of humor about it all after the video made the rounds online. "Was praying nobody saw but actually its quite a good laugh if u need one!" she tweeted along with the 27-second clip.
Gaga's vomit-a-thon comes just a week after Justin Bieber also got sick onstage while kicking off the first night of his "Believe" tour. And just like Gaga, he also didn't miss a step — although his voice could still be heard "singing" even though it was clear he was not. The two join a long list of performers who have been struck by nausea during a concert, including Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Kings of Leon singer Caleb Followill, although they all ran off the stage to get sick in private. In 2010, Taylor Momsen was so overcome by heat while performing that the leather-clad singer "almost threw up in the middle of the second song," she told BBC Radio 1. "I was spewing in my mouth and swallowing it back down and I kept turning around and singing."
Luckily for Gaga, she has three weeks off before her next Born This Way Ball gig in Mexico City. Let's hope she stocks up on Pepto Bismol!

Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman split — after 30 years of marriage

One of Hollywood's longest-lasting couples, Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman, have separated.
Thirty years after saying "I do," the pint-sized personalities announced through a spokesperson on Monday that they are separating. "Entertainment Tonight" was the first to report the news.
DeVito, 67, and Perlman, 64, met in 1970 when she went to see a friend in an off-Broadway play, "The Shrinking Bride," according to People magazine. After the show Perlman went out to eat with the cast, which included DeVito. Instantly smitten, they moved in together two weeks later, but waited until January 1982 to marry. They have three adult children — Lucy, 29, Grace, 27, and Jacob, almost 25.
In July, DeVito talked about the secret to a long-lasting marriage. "You both have to want the same things," he told The Big Issue. "If you're going to be compadres, friends for ever, you have to be considerate and make many concessions to be able to live together."

DeVito, who currently stars in "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," and Perlman, who recently had a recurring role on HBO's "Hung," were on the red carpet together as recently as August when they attended the Los Angeles premiere of "Sleepwalk With Me" with their daughter Lucy.

Over the weekend Perlman was solo when she attended a reunion dinner in Beverly Hills to celebrate the 30th anniversary of "Cheers." Despite her relationship woes, she was all smiles posing with castmates Ted Danson, Kirstie Alley, and Shelley Long.

The supersize spring onion that is making a big impression on the British dinner table

It is the new arrival likely to make your dinner guests’ eyes water. Three times larger than a normal spring onion, the goku has arrived from the Far East to spice up our plates. It is almost the size of a leek but is far more like a traditional onion in terms of taste and use.
It is designed to appeal to ‘Come Dine With Me’ cooks who are looking to wow their dinner party guests.
The trend has previously brought us the Purple Majesty potato from Scotland, where the dark purple flesh is heralded for its disease fighting qualities, to the Raspberry Ripple apple, sweet tasting broccoli and brightly coloured cabbages.
